Six steps. You can stop after the fifth and the guide still works.
Add the property. A name and an address. The name is what you will see in your own lists, so "Mill Lane" is more useful than "Property 1".
Fill in the details. Contact name, phone, check-in and check-out times, the door code, the wifi network and its password. Nine fields, and they are the nine guests ask about most.
Write four chapters. Your House, Devices, Essentials and Parking. The other eight can stay empty and the guide will still publish.
Add a few places nearby. Three or four is plenty. This is the part guests remember, and the part no scraped listing can write for you.
Turn it live. The property switches to Live and the guide gets a link. Every booking carries that link, and a guest opens it on their phone.
Leave the agents in draft mode. They write the reply and wait for you. Read a week of what they would have sent, then let one send on its own.
